Tennessee should pause approval of new large data centers.
Large data centers, including AI facilities in the Memphis area, are adding electricity demand on the Tennessee Valley Authority system. A pause would stop new approvals while the state sets rules on power, water and air permits.

I think we need to put a moratorium on them while we figure out the laws around them. There's nothing more precious or needed in the world than air and water.
