Abortion laws should be set by each state rather than by Congress.
Since the Supreme Court's 2022 Dobbs decision, each state sets its own abortion laws. Agreeing means Congress should not pass a national law that either expands or restricts access.

People need to vote no on 439 and vote yes on 434 which is our current state law and let Nebraskans decide if we're going to do it and not some national abortion lobby telling us what to do.
