The president should get approval from Congress before taking further military action against Iran.
The U.S. carried out military strikes on Iran in 2025 without a vote in Congress. This would require approval by Congress before further U.S. military action against Iran, other than responding to an attack.

I would've voted against that war powers resolution. I don't think Congress should be micromanaging a limited military conflict like we are engaged in with Iran, they're not qualified to do it, they can't do it in real time.
